Directions

• Adults and adolescents over 12 years: 2 coated tablets 1-2 times a day. The last dose should be taken before going to bed.
• Use in children: As there is insufficient data available, use in children under 12 years of age is not recommended.
• Method of administration: Oral, unchewed with a little liquid (e.g. water).
• Duration of use: If you do not feel better or even worse after 2 weeks, consult your doctor.

Ingredients

• 1 coated tablet contains: The active ingredients are: 125 mg dry extract of valerian root (Valerianae radix) (3-6:1) (corresponding to 375 - 750 mg valerian root) Extractant: ethanol 70 % (V/V) 250 mg dry extract of passionflower herb (Passiflorae herba) (5-7:1) (corresponding to 1250 - 1750 mg passionflower herb) Extractant: ethanol 50 % (V/V).
• The other ingredients are: Maltodextrin, highly dispersed silicon dioxide, cellulose powder, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, talc, glucose syrup (dry matter), sucrose, calcium carbonate (E 170), Arabic gum, tragacanth, titanium dioxide (E 171), iron oxide yellow (E 172), hypromellose, bleached wax, carnauba wax, modified shellac.
