How to use
- As a dietary supplement, adults and adolescents aged 14 and over take 2 tablets 1-2 times a day. Allow the tablets to dissolve in the mouth, chew or swallow with a little liquid. Ideally, the last dose should be taken in the evening after the last visit to the toilet.
- Advice: The recommended maximum daily dose should not be exceeded. Not suitable for children, pregnant women, breastfeeding women and people suffering from diabetes mellitus type I or II or who have a pathological disorder of the carbohydrate metabolism as well as people with renal insufficiency.
