Allegra® forte 180 mg film-coated tablets are a non-prescription medicine containing the active substance: fexofenadine hydrochloride. The antihistamine is used to relieve the symptoms of allergic skin reactions such as itching, swelling and rash.
Allegra® forte contains fexofenadine hydrochloride, an antihistamine that does not cause drowsiness. Allegra® forte 180 mg is used in adults and children aged 12 years and over to relieve the symptoms associated with protracted allergic skin reactions (chronic idiopathic urticaria), such as itching, swelling and rash.

Directions for use
Adults and children aged 12 years and over: The recommended dose is 1 tablet (180 mg) daily. Take your tablet with water before a meal. The effect starts within one hour of taking this medicine and lasts for 24 hours.
Ingredients
- The active substance is: fexofenadine hydrochloride. Each film-coated tablet contains 180 mg fexofenadine hydrochloride.
- The other ingredients are Tablet core: microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinised maize starch, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate. Film coating: hypromellose, povidone, titanium dioxide (E 171), highly dispersed silicon dioxide, macrogol 400 and iron oxide (E 172).
