They are^{waterproof¹³} and can be worn without any problems whilst exercising, showering or bathing.
FreeStyle Libre 3 app or reader:^Always3 and^everywhere13 – with the FreeStyle Libre 3 app4, you can view your blood glucose levels directly on your smartphone4. If you use the app, you can quickly and^easily¹¹ share your readings with your healthcare team, as well as your family and friends^.¹⁴,¹⁵ For anyone without a compatible smartphone, there is the FreeStyle Libre 3 reader^.⁵ Both the app and the reader can be used with either sensor.
