The Nexcare™ ColdHot Therapy Pack Flexible is designed for the topical application of cold or heat. Cold helps to relieve swelling, inflammation and pain. Heat reduces pain, soothes and relaxes.

The natural therapeutic power of heat and cold. The compress is suitable for both heat and cold therapy and is a practical solution for anyone who prefers natural treatment without medication. Can be cooled in the freezer or fridge. Can be heated in hot water or in the microwave. Knead the gel pack to distribute the heat evenly! Always place the gel pack in the protective cover provided or wrap it in a clean towel before applying it to the skin. Place the gel pack on the affected area for as long as it feels comfortable. Once the gel pack has reached room temperature, reheat it. The protective cover supplied with the gel pack ensures simple, comfortable and safe use on the skin. Use cold therapy for a sprained ankle, for strained muscles in the legs or arms following sporting activities, for swelling caused by bruises (e.g. on the knee), and for ligament strains.
