The 3M silicone plaster offers the best comfort for the patient and safety through constant adhesive strength over the entire wearing time. The plaster can be removed and repositioned very easily and painlessly.
Silicone Tape is gentler and more pleasant on the skin than conventional fixation plasters. Silicone Tape does not stick, but only adheres to the skin. The tape can be torn lengthwise and crosswise, adheres immediately and can be left on the skin for several days. When the tape is removed, skin cells and hair are only minimally removed. This makes Silicone Tape absolutely painless to remove and therefore perfect for use on children, fragile skin conditions and people with a plaster allergy.
