3M™ KerraCel™ is a soft, flexible hydofibre dressing made from 100% carboxymethylcellulose and has a high absorbency1. The high absorbency of 3M™ KerraCel™ helps to protect the wound edge from maceration as exudate is trapped and retained in the dressing2
