Application
- Suitable for baking and cooking: replace 10% to 15% of the usual amount of flour with sweet lupin flour. Also ideal for enriching muesli and smoothies with protein.
- TIP as an egg substitute: Mix 1 tablespoon of sweet lupin flour and 2 tablespoons of water to replace an animal egg.
