vitaldoc® BIO brown millet is a fermented organic food made from the flour of sprouted, fermented millet from controlled organic cultivation.

Fermented organic foods are richer in nutrients than non-fermented foods. Fermentation "pre-digests" the brown millet, i.e. increases the absorption of essential nutrients. Fermentation increases the bioavailability of the nutrients present and also produces additional micronutrients.


How to use
  • Add 1-2 teaspoons (max. 10g) of fermented brown millet daily to muesli or fruit/vegetable juice, soup and yoghurt. 2 teaspoons 3 times daily for regeneration.
  • Note: Suitable for people with gluten intolerance/coeliac disease.
