How to use
- Add 1-2 teaspoons (max. 10g) of fermented brown millet daily to muesli or fruit/vegetable juice, soup and yoghurt. 2 teaspoons 3 times daily for regeneration.
- Note: Suitable for people with gluten intolerance/coeliac disease.
