Directions for use

• Adults: Put 1 strip once a day directly into the mouth or dissolve in liquid and drink
• For adults. Please adhere to the recommended dosage to ensure a positive effect. For jet lag: On the first day of travelling just before going to bed and on the first few days after arriving at your destination, put 1 strip directly into your mouth or dissolve in liquid and drink.
