Directions for use

Take 1/2 – 1 tablet daily with sufficient liquid.
If you have an increased need for magnesium – e.g. due to heavy physical exertion at work or during sport, and in conjunction with a diet low in magnesium – take 1 tablet. For general dietary supplementation, take just 1/2 tablet.

Ingredients

Ingredients: magnesium oxide; fillers: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; colouring agent: riboflavin; cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
