250 mg magnesium + 200 µg vitamin B12

Directions

Take 1/2 - 1 tablet daily with sufficient liquid.
Consume 1 tablet if there is an increased need for magnesium, e.g. due to heavy physical exertion at work and during sport and in conjunction with a magnesium-poor diet. As a dietary supplement, take only 1/2 tablet.
Advice: Do not take any other preparations containing magnesium in addition, as a slight laxative effect may occur.
Information for diabetics: 1 tablet corresponds to < 0.1 BE.
