Dosage form
Directions for use
- Take 1/2 – 1 tablet daily with sufficient liquid.
- If you have an increased need for magnesium – for example, due to heavy physical exertion at work or during sport, and in conjunction with a diet low in magnesium – take 1 tablet. For use as a dietary supplement, take only 1/2 tablet.
- Notes: Do not take any other magnesium-containing preparations in addition to this. A mild laxative effect may occur.
- Notes for diabetics: 1 tablet corresponds to < 0.1 BE.
