Active ingredients

Biotin: Biotin (also known as vitamin H or vitamin B8) is a colourless, water-soluble B vitamin. There are eight different forms of biotin, but only one of them - D-biotin - occurs in nature and is fully effective as a vitamin. Biotin can only be produced by bacteria, moulds, yeast, algae and certain plant species.
Selenium: As an essential component of the cell's protective system, selenium makes an important contribution to maintaining the natural cell protection function.
Zinc: Zinc plays a central role in many metabolic processes in the body. A poor zinc supply can manifest itself, for example, in tiredness, brittle fingernails, skin changes and an increased susceptibility to infections and allergies.
