Directions

Take 1 capsule a day with a glass of water between meals . It is recommended to take a course of 2-3 months , as skin, hair, nails and connective tissue need time to reorganise.

Ingredients

Sunflower oil, silicic acid, gelatine, humectants: glycerine, sorbitol; manganese gluconate, zinc oxide , antioxidant alpha-tocopherol, sodium selenite, D-biotin.
