Mineral 650A consists of organic minerals and trace elements that are optimally absorbed by the body. Minerals and trace elements are essential for building bones and for the function of the nervous system and are involved in the regulation of the water and electrolyte balance.

Minerals and trace elements are excreted through sweat (e.g. during sport), which can lead to an increased requirement. To replenish the body's own stores, the consumption of appropriate micronutrients can be beneficial.
