B vitamins can change your everyday life, especially when mental performance and healthy nerves are required in hectic phases. B-Complex Plus combines the eight B vitamins in one capsule in particularly good quantities: B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B6 (pyridoxine), B12 (cobalamin), biotin, folic acid (folate), niacin and pantothenic acid (vitamin B5). They all make an important contribution to many bodily functions. Biotin and niacin are particularly important for a healthy energy metabolism and vitamins B6, B12 and folate play a role in a stable homocysteine metabolism. Pantothenic acid also has an influence on the conduction of excitation and the regulation of hormone activity in the organism.
