- Free from cortisone and antihistamines
Mode of action
The Nose Free! Allergy Nasal Spray acts on the mucous membranes in the nose. It supports and regenerates the natural defences of the nasal mucosa, creating a thin film that acts like a barrier. This film prevents allergens from passing through. Liposomes absorb and inactivate the allergens. The natural salts reduce the swelling of the nasal mucosa so that you can breathe more easily.

How to use
mylittledoc® Nose Free! Allergy Nasal Spray is an anti-allergic nasal spray for children aged 3 years and over. It is intended for preventive and therapeutic daily treatment when acute allergic symptoms occur. Clinical studies have shown rapid relief (within one hour) of the onset of symptoms of allergic nasal catarrh (sneezing, runny nose or nasal congestion). The allergic reaction is triggered by allergens such as pollen, house dust mites and animal hair (cats, dogs, rabbits, etc.). The allergy nasal spray combines liposomes with the proven effect of natural salts. The nasal spray can be used several times a day and is suitable for permanent use.
Method of application:
Shake before use. Hold the bottle upright and insert the tip of the nasal spray bottle into the nostril. Spray into both nostrils once or twice. Spray into each nostril 2 to 3 times a day, once or twice, as required. Children up to 10 years of age must be assisted by an adult.
First use:
Remove the cap from the nasal spray bottle. Spray briefly two or three times until some spray water squirts out of the bottle. If the spray function appears to be blocked (e.g. because the spray opening is not held upright), do not cut off the tip of the bottle. Instead, squeeze a few times to disperse the spray into the air.
- Blow your nose before use;
- Remove the cap from the nasal spray bottle;
- Close one nostril with your finger and insert the tip of the nasal spray into the other nostril;
- Spray once or twice;
- Inhale slowly through the nostril;
- Repeat this process in the other nostril;
- Clean the bottle with a cloth and replace the cap on the nasal spray.
Duration of use:
The allergy nasal spray must not be used for more than 30 days within a treatment period. Treatment can be resumed after a 4-day break.
