How to use

• The recommended intake is 5 pastilles per day. This amount corresponds to the recommended daily dose of vitamin C and biotin for adults.****
• For children under 7 years of age, it is recommended to consult a paediatrician before use. Children from 7 to 13 years can take 1 to 2 pastilles per day, adolescents from 14 to 17 years 3 to 4 pastilles per day.
