Take 2 capsules a day with plenty of water. Capsules can also be opened and the contents dissolved in water.
Advice: Do not take at the same time as thyroid hormones, iron and tetracycline antibiotics (avoid taking them at the same time). Do not take with myasthenia gravis, AV block or severe kidney dysfunction.
