- Treatment of skin lesions, especially those with a high risk of infection. This product is particularly intended for the treatment of acute and chronic wounds (first and second degree burns, vascular and metabolic ulcers, pressure ulcers) and to create a moist and microbe-free wound environment.
- Hyalo4 Care Cream Plus can be used on non-infected wounds to prevent infection and to prevent recurrence of infection after successful treatment of infected wounds.
Dosage form
How to use
- Clean the lesions before each application of Hyalo4 Care Cream Plus.
- Depending on the severity, apply a thin layer of cream to the wound surface once or twice a day until the wound is completely healed.
- Cover the treated area with a sterile dressing.
- Longer treatments beyond one month must be assessed by a doctor based on the clinical development of the lesion.
- Do not use if packaging is damaged.
- Avoid direct contact of the tube with the wound.
- Each tube should only be used by one patient to minimise the risk of cross infection.
- Avoid exposing treated areas to sunlight as products containing silver sulphadiazine may discolour the skin to a brownish-grey colour.
- However, any stains can be easily removed by washing the treated area.
- Keep out of the reach of children.

- Other ingredients: silver sulphadiazine 1 %, polyethylene glycol 400 monostearate, oleic acid decyl ester, emulsifying wax, glycerine, sorbitol solution 70 %, purified water.
