femidoc® UROEXPRESS® FIZZ effervescent tablets are used to prevent recurrent urinary tract infections/ cystitis caused by E. coli. Supports the treatment of urinary tract infections.

D-Mannose occurs naturally in the human metabolism. D-mannose adheres to E. coli bacteria and thus prevents the bacteria from settling on the walls of the urinary tract. The bacteria are then simply flushed out of the body during urination.

The symptoms of cystitis are

A burning or painful sensation when urinating
Urge to urinate
Frequent urination
Abdominal pain. Please contact your pharmacist or GP if you suffer from the symptoms of cystitis.

Dosage form

Effervescent tablets

Directions for use

Dosage and use for adults and children aged 18 and over:

For prevention, take 1 effervescent tablet once a day.
To support treatment, take 1 effervescent tablet twice a day.
Dissolve the effervescent tablet in a glass of water (200 ml). Drink immediately. For oral use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Duration of use: femidoc® UROEXPRESS® FIZZ may be taken for a maximum of 30 days within a treatment period. Treatment can be resumed after a 4-day break.
Caution: Do not use the product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. An overdose may cause symptoms such as bloating, abdominal pain and diarrhoea. The product must be kept out of the reach of young children. There is no data available on the use of femidoc® UROEXPRESS® FIZZ during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Please consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking this product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Composition: citric acid, 2 g D-mannose, sodium hydrogen carbonate, maize starch, beetroot powder, sorbitol, wild berry extract, inulin, sucralose.
