The active ingredient is D-mannose. D-mannose occurs naturally in the human metabolism. D-mannose binds to E. coli bacteria and thus prevents the bacteria from attaching to the walls of the urinary tract. As a result, the bacteria are simply flushed out of the body when you pass water.
The symptoms of a bladder infection are:
- A burning or painful sensation when passing urine,
- a strong urge to urinate,
- frequent urination,
- abdominal pain.

Directions for use
- For prevention, take 1 sachet once a day.
- To support treatment, take 1 sachet twice daily.
- For oral use: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose . femidoc® UROEXPRESS® DIRECT sachets can be taken without water.
- Duration of use:
femidoc® UROEXPRESS® must not be taken for more than 30 days within a single course of treatment. Treatment may be resumed after a 4-day break.
