From the age of around six, children start to change teeth - the new, permanent teeth begin to erupt. However, the enamel of these new teeth is not yet fully mineralised and is therefore more susceptible to tooth decay. In addition, loose milk teeth, gaps between teeth and erupting teeth make oral hygiene more difficult during the change of teeth.

The new elmex® JUNIOR dental rinse is precisely tailored to the needs of new teeth. The amine fluoride it contains, the effectiveness of which has been proven in over 400 studies worldwide, immediately forms a protective shield around the tooth, remineralising it and effectively protecting it against further caries attacks. elmex® Junior dental rinse has an age-appropriate fluoride content of 250 ppm amine fluoride.

The mild, minty flavour of the tooth rinse is specially tailored to the preferences of children aged 6-12. A dosing aid ensures that the required amount of 10ml is not exceeded. The dental rinse is alcohol-free and contains no artificial colourings. It is ideal for use during orthodontic treatment. We recommend using it in combination with elmex® JUNIOR toothpaste.
