- Adults and children aged 12 and over: take 1 film-coated tablet approx. 30 minutes before going to bed with plenty of water.
- The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
- easysleep® can lead to the desired result the first time you take it, but it may also be necessary to take it several times.
- Note: This dietary supplement may impair the ability to react and the ability to drive.
