eakin Cohesive® skin protection paste: Provides a secure and comfortable hold for your ostomy appliance. Protects sensitive skin from irritation and offers reliable protection against leaks. Alcohol-free and gentle on the skin.

eakin Cohesive® Paste is an alcohol-free (non-stinging), adhesive paste for stoma, fistula and wound care use. eakin Cohesive® Paste is intended for use on persitomal skin or in the periwound area.

eakin Cohesive® Paste can be used to create a flat skin surface by filling skin folds, grooves and scars around the stoma, fistula or wound to ensure a secure fit of the dressing or dressing.

It requires no drying time and is compatible with adhesives on ostomy pouches and wound pouches so that the next pouch or dressing can be applied immediately. It can be easily removed, which can reduce skin damage or discomfort to the user.

How to use

1. Ensure that the skin in the application area is clean and dry.
2. Apply the eakin Cohesive® paste to the skin by pressing on the tube, fill in all skin folds, scars or grooves and spread it with your finger. If necessary, moisten your finger to spread the paste. (If necessary, apply eakin Cohesive® paste around the stoma or wound).
3. Place the appliance in position and ensure a good seal with the eakin Cohesive® paste. (Eakin Cohesive Skin Protection Rings® can also be used if required). Remove the used paste from the skin and dispose of it according to local regulations.

Warnings and precautions: Consult a physician before use if you experience skin irritation, redness or discomfort in the application area. If skin irritation, redness or discomfort occurs in the application area during use, discontinue use and consult a physician. Do not apply to damaged skin or open wounds.
