doralgomed® is used for the dietary treatment of spinal syndromes (e.g. back pain, lumbago, shoulder-arm syndrome, cervical spine syndrome...), nerve pain (neuralgia) and polyneuropathies (e.g. diabetic polyneuropathy).

Pain in the area of the spine, neuralgia and polyneuropathy is often triggered by damaged nerve fibres . Such functional disorders and damage to peripheral nerves can be caused by mechanical pressure on the nerves (e.g. due to wear and tear of the spine), injuries, but also by metabolic diseases (diabetes), alcohol, poisoning, viral infections (shingles) or inflammation.

Nerve damage manifests itself in very different symptoms, characterised by painful restrictions of movement or severe, burning, stabbing, knife-like, tearing pain that can suddenly shoot in and radiate widely. In addition, sensory disturbances, numbness, tingling, formication, loss of reflexes, loss of strength and muscle weakness can also occur.

Peripheral nerve cells have a certain ability to regenerate , but the physiological repair of injured nerves is very slow. In order to repair damaged nerves, certain nerve nutrients are increasingly required, which the organism unfortunately cannot produce in sufficient quantities itself. In the case of nerve damage, the need for so-called neurotropic nutrients is therefore significantly increased.

An adequate supply of the nerve building blocks uridine monophosphate (UMP) and cytidine monophosphate (CMP) is crucial for nerve regeneration. These biomolecules are key factors in the repair and regeneration mechanisms of damaged nerves.

doralgomed® Mobil capsules contain the neurotropic nutrients UMP and CMP (pyrimidine nucleotides) in high concentrations in combination with the valuable nerve vitamins folic acid and vitamin B12.

doralgomed® is a high-quality dietary food for the targeted supply of the organism with natural nerve building blocks, which are increasingly needed for the repair and renewal of damaged nerve fibres. The neurotropic nutrients uridine monophosphate (UMP) and cytidine monophosphate (CMP), in combination with the nerve vitamins folic acid and vitamin B12, activate the body's own repair mechanisms and promote the regeneration of damaged nerve structures. doralgomed® stimulates the cell metabolism of nerve fibres, accelerates the reconstruction of damaged nerve structures and thus contributes to the rapid reduction of symptoms.

Scientific studies confirm the positiveproperties of the neurotropic nutrients UMP and CMP for back pain, e.g. after intervertebral disc operations, lumbago or diabetic polyneuropathy.
