How to use
- Use as required. Due to its gel-like consistency, it is more suitable for massages than magnesium oil. Wait at least 15 minutes after application, then rinse off with lukewarm water.
- Zechsal Magnesium Gel can also be used for packs. Apply to appropriate areas (e.g. knees, neck, shoulders) and then apply warm compresses. Wait for at least 15 minutes and then dab or rinse with lukewarm water.
- Tip: Zechsal Magnesium Gel is particularly effective on warm skin, i.e. after showering or physical activity. Avoid contact with eyes or open wounds, as a burning sensation may occur.
