doc nature's Zechstein MAGNESIUM-SOLE Magnesium Oil is suitable for use as a gentle massage oil to relieve tension and muscle strain, as a bath additive, mouthwash and deodorant.

Magnesium brine is a highly saturated magnesium chloride solution (31%). Due to its high degree of saturation, it feels slightly oily when applied. If you feel a burning sensation when applying, dilute immediately with water.

Application

For massage purposes , spray 2 to 10 pumps onto arms/legs and rub in depending on requirements and areas; before and after sport to warm up the muscles or for relaxation and regeneration, as an addition tofoot baths and full baths (50 - 100 ml for approx. 20 min.), as a warm/hot pack and as a deodorant 2-3 pumps under the armpit.
Note: For external use only, store out of the reach of small children!
