Directions for use

Each morning on an empty stomach (or in the evening before going to bed), take up to half a teaspoon of herbal powder into your mouth, mix well with saliva and let it dissolve on your tongue. Rinse with a glass of water. After meals that are difficult to digest, the double amount is recommended. Alternatively, brew as a tea and sweeten with a little honey or stevia.
