- Linseed oil naturally consists of up to 90% unsaturated fatty acids, the majority of which is the essential omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid.
- Alpha-linolenic acid helps maintain normal cholesterol levels, provided at least 2 grams are taken daily. The valuable essential omega-6 fatty acid linoleic acid and the omega-9 fatty acid oleic acid are also naturally present in linseed oil.
Dosage form
Directions for use
- Take 4 capsules twice daily, whole, with meals and plenty of liquid.
- Children under 12 years of age: 1 capsule three times a day, ideally over a period of about 4 weeks.
