- Linseed oil naturally consists of up to 90% unsaturated fatty acids, the largest proportion of which comes from the essential omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid.
- Alpha-linolenic acid contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels, provided at least 2 grams are consumed daily. The valuable essential omega-6 fatty acid linoleic acid and the omega-9 fatty acid oleic acid are also naturally contained in linseed oil.

Directions
- Swallow 4 capsules unchewed 2 x daily at mealtimes with sufficient liquid.
- Children under 12 years 3 x 1 capsule daily, if possible over a period of about 4 weeks.
