How to use

Every morning on an empty stomach (or in the evening before going to bed), put up to 1/2 teaspoon of herbal powder in your mouth, salivate well and let it melt on your tongue. Rinse with a glass of water. Double the amount is recommended after eating food that is difficult to digest. Or infuse as a tea and sweeten with a little honey or stevia.
