Anatis Cat’s Claw capsules are a dietary supplement containing 400 mg of cat’s claw (Uncaria tomentosa) per capsule.

Cat’s Claw, also known as Cat’s Thorn, is a vine native to the Peruvian Amazon rainforest, which is said to have been used by the Incas and is still valued today by the indigenous tribes of the Amazon. Botanically, it is known as Uncaria tomentosa; in South America, it is called Uña de Gato, Samento or Saventaro. It belongs to the genus of tropical bedstraw, is actually a lily from the Rubiaceae family, and grows in many subspecies throughout the rainforest region. Uncaria tomentosa, however, is the most remarkable. Adventurers, explorers and missionaries came into contact with the plant amongst the indigenous tribes of the Shipibo, Conibo, Asháninca, Aguaruna and Casibo, and brought it to the USA and Europe.
