An alkaline powder made from the easily absorbed, micronised, alkaline minerals calcium and magnesium. Citrates are used for the exclusive mixture, which have the advantage over the more common carbonates of better absorption and also do not neutralise stomach acid. This is because citrates, like fruit, only have an alkalising effect during the digestive process. This is a key factor, as stomach acid is important, among other things, for calcium to be activated (ionised) and utilised in the first place.

The mixture also contains chromium, as long-term magnesium deficiency can also affect chromium levels. Fibre, vitamin C, antioxidants, lactobacilli and isomaltulose, which is only absorbed slowly and is therefore also suitable for diabetics, round off the formula.
