Dosage form
Directions for use
- Up to 5 kg - 1 g twice daily.
- From > 5 - 10 kg - 2 x 2 g daily.
- From > 10 - 25 kg - 2 x 4 g daily.
- From > 25 - 40 kg - 2 x daily 6 g.
- Over 40 kg - 8 g twice daily.
