Like all conifer oils, Swiss stone pine essential oil has a strong effect on our respiratory tract. The essential oil is absorbed by the lungs and makes breathing easier. The active ingredients contained in Swiss stone pine oil are antiseptic and expectorant. Swiss stone pine oil has a supportive effect on colds and coughs, but the circulation-promoting effect of this oil also helps with muscle tension. The scent of Swiss stone pine is calming and relaxing.
Application:
Add a few drops of oil to the fragrance lamp with water or, for massage oils, to olive oil etc. Very good for sauna blends with mint, lemon or eucalyptus oil.
