Zechsal Magnesium Flakes consist of pure magnesium chloride in solid form. The crystals are highly soluble in water. 750 gram tin, sufficient for 6 foot baths.

The feet are ideally suited for the application of magnesium. The foot bath is also particularly effective for detoxification. Wonderful before going to bed.

How to use
  • 2 foot baths per week, preferably in the evening before going to bed.
  • Dosage: 125 g in about 4 litres of warm water.
  • Recommended water temperature: 37 °C.
  • Duration: at least 20 minutes, ideally 30 minutes.
  • Notes: Not suitable for use in electric foot baths. Magnesium has a corrosive effect on metal parts that are present in a pump system, for example.
