The main ingredient of the gel is the ancient magnesium from the ZECHSTEINQUELLE, which, together with the calcium it contains, is essential for the formation and maintenance of healthy and strong bones. It also relaxes the muscles in the area of the affected joints. If a joint does not function optimally, it is precisely these muscles that absorb the stresses acting on them. This can easily lead to severe muscle tension and cramps. Magnesium promotes relaxation in the affected areas.

OptiMSM, ginger and chondroitin have an anti-inflammatory effect. Joint complaints are often accompanied by inflammation, which is combated with these three active ingredients. OptiMSM and chondroitin are involved in the formation of cartilage, which is essential for the elasticity of the body.
