Life Light unground psyllium husks are a plant-based food containing 80 per cent plant-based fibre, recommended by Hildegard von Bingen.

Psyllium husks were already recommended by Hildegard von Bingen, as they are completely neutral and mild. The husks can swell to 50 times their volume. A quality product from the LIFE LIGHT® brand.

A supplement to the daily diet for all ages.
Suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets.

Directions

Take 1–3 teaspoons daily, as required, with plenty of liquid. 1 teaspoon is equivalent to 2 g of psyllium husks. Use half the dose for children. Drink plenty of liquid after taking. Psyllium husks are ideal for stirring into drinks (water, herbal tea, yoghurt, vegetable or fruit juices) and for use in food preparation (muesli, baked goods, soups or desserts). When used in food, allow to swell thoroughly before consumption. The consistency will vary depending on the amount of liquid used.
