Zechsal OptiMSM crystal powder contains MSM in premium quality. Recommended both as a bath and for oral intake. MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is organic sulfur as it occurs in nature.

Sulphur (in the form of methylsulphonylmethane) has been used for centuries in the treatment of various ailments and diseases. It helps with allergies (e.g. hay fever) and is used to relieve pain in rheumatic complaints. However, OptiMSM is not only used therapeutically. MSM has an anti-inflammatory effect, promotes the elasticity of muscles and joints and has a positive influence on the health of skin, hair and nails.

Dosage form

Application
  • Optimum effect is achieved when added to a full bath or foot bath with Zechsal bath crystals. Add 10 grams of MSM crystal powder to about 4 litres of warm water for a foot bath and about 50 grams for a full bath.
  • MSM can also be taken orally in a dosage of 2 to 4 grams mixed with water.
  • Tip: Increase the amount gradually until the desired dosage is reached!

Composition: Methylsulfonylmethane. 34.1 % elemental sulphur, 25.5 % carbon, 6.4 % hydrogen and 34 % oxygen.
