The spray format allows for flexible dosing: simply spray 4 to 6 sprays (1 mg to 1.5 mg melatonin) directly into the mouth 30 minutes before bedtime. The WICK ZzzQuil® Good Night Spray tastes of lavender and orange, is made without sugar or alcohol and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. In addition, WICK ZzzQuil® Good Night Spray is made without artificial flavourings, colourings, gluten and lactose. As melatonin taken just before bedtime is broken down by the body during sleep, the spray does not cause any habituation effect or tiredness the next day. Simply use it when needed and stop using it as soon as your sleep rhythm is restored.

* Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. The positive effect is achieved by taking 1 mg shortly before going to bed. ** Spray directly into the mouth 30 minutes before going to bed. *** Melatonin helps to alleviate the subjective sensation of jet lag. The positive effect is achieved if at least 0.5 mg melatonin is taken shortly before going to bed on the first day of travelling and on the first days after arrival at the destination.

How to use

Spray 4-6 puffs (1 mg - 1.5 mg melatonin) into the mouth 30 minutes before going to bed, allow at least 6 hours sleep. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of small children. Keep the outer carton for full warnings and instructions.
Advice: People who have long-term sleep problems, are taking medication, have medical conditions or are taking other sleep aids, are pregnant, want to become pregnant or are breastfeeding should consult their doctor before taking this product. Do not drive or operate machinery while taking melatonin. Avoid taking it if you are sensitive to the ingredients.
