The advanced Wellion PRO2 lancing device offers maximum safety and comfort when taking blood samples. The eject button prevents puncture injuries with the used lancet.

The Wellion PRO2 lancing device not only impresses with its attractive design and good quality, but also complies with ergonomic principles. As a result, the lancing device sits comfortably in the hand and allows blood to be collected conveniently. The fingertips in particular are highly sensitive, which is why blood collection with the Wellion Pro2 lancing device is particularly gentle and careful. The individually adjustable insertion depth allows exactly the right amount of blood to be drawn for safe blood glucose testing.

How to use
- Clean the puncture site with warm water and soap and dry it carefully. Warm water stimulates blood flow and makes it easier to obtain a blood sample.
- Let the arm hang down at the side for 10 to 15 seconds and massage from the wrist towards the ball of the thumb and fingers. This also stimulates the blood flow.
- Unscrew the adjustable cap from the lancing device and insert the lancet by pressing it down firmly as far as it will go.
- Unscrew the protective cap from the lancet. Screw the adjustable cap back onto the lancing device in a clockwise direction.
- Adjust the lancing depth on the adjustable cap (1 is the least deep, 10 is the deepest).
- Hold the lancing device firmly with one hand and pull back the rear cap with the other hand until you hear a click and the lancing device is cocked.
- The release button is now red, so you can recognise at any time whether the lancing device is ready for blood collection.
- If the release button is not red, pull the rear cap back again until the release button turns red.
- Press the lancing device against the side of the fingertip and press the release button to lance.
