Weleda Choleodoron® drops for oral use are a homeopathic medicinal speciality of the anthroposophic therapeutic direction, with the active ingredients: Chelidonium majus (celandine) Ø, Curcuma xanthorrhiza (turmeric) Ø.

The indications are derived from the homeopathic drug pictures and the anthroposophical knowledge of man and nature.

The following indications are authorised for this medicinal product after serious underlying diseases have been ruled out by a doctor:

• To stimulate the flow of bile (choleresis) for mild digestive complaints (e.g. bloating, flatulence)
• For functional motility disorders (movement disorders, dyskinesia) of the gallbladder ("irritable gallbladder") and bile ducts (without the presence of gallstones or inflammation)

The use of this homeopathic medicine of the anthroposophic therapeutic direction in the above-mentioned indications is based exclusively on anthroposophic experience. In severe forms of these disorders, clinically proven therapy is indicated. Choleodoron is used in adults aged 18 years and over. If you do not feel better or even worse after 2-3 days, consult your doctor.

How to use

• The recommended dose for adults aged 18 and over: 5 to 15 drops 2 to 4 times a day. The frequency of use should be reduced if symptoms improve.
• Use in children and adolescents: Use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age is not recommended due to a lack of data.
• Route of administration: Oral use: Take the drops in a little warm water after meals. Shake before use.
• Duration of use: If you do not feel better or even worse after 2-3 days, consult your doctor. If you take the drops for more than 4 weeks, you should consult a doctor.

• What Choleodoron contains: 10 g (= 11.1 ml, 1 ml = 28 drops) contain: The active ingredients are: Chelidonium majus Ø 0.675 g; Curcuma xanthorrhiza, ethanol. Decoctum Ø (=D1) 2.5 g.
