Directions
- Take 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid. You can take the capsules independently of meals, preferably in the morning and evening.
- Tip: If you are taking antibiotics, we recommend taking Lactobacillus intestinal bacteria at the same time and for a few weeks afterwards. Also ideal as a travelling companion.

- Nutrients per daily dose (2 capsules): acacia fibre = 440 mg contains dietary fibre = 224 mg, red algae calcium = 400 mg contains calcium = 127 mg (15 %*), 10 probiotic bacterial strains 300 mg contains viable lactic acid bacteria = 30 billion *Nutrient reference value according to the Food Information Regulation.
