How to use
- Vivus Natura Organic Star Anise Capsules: Take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening with sufficient liquid.
- Vivus Natura Acerola + Zinc Capsules: Take two capsules in the morning or evening with sufficient liquid.
- Notes: All instructions are recommendations and you can also adapt the intake to your personal daily routine. As vitamin C is known as a pick-me-up, we do not recommend taking it too late in the evening. We also recommend taking it with meals, as the nutrients can be optimally absorbed by the body during digestion. Acerola plus zinc lasts for 2 months and organic star anise for 3 months if you follow the recommended intake.

- Composition Vivus Natura Acerola + Zinc Capsules (2 capsules): Acerola extract 900 mg contains vitamin C 225 mg 280 %*, zinc gluconate 80 mg contains zinc 10.4 mg 104 %* *Nutrient reference value according to the Food Information Regulation.
