The power of the whole seed

Black cumin seeds are often cold-pressed to obtain black cumin oil. In contrast to the oil, however, the whole seed also contains the entire spectrum of black cumin with its more than 100 different nutrients. In order to make optimum use of these, the whole seed of the real black cumin is gently ground for our product and filled into the plant-based capsule shell by hand.
