Vitaworld Vitamin C 1000 buffered + quercetin tablets are a food supplement containing 897 mg pure vitamin C and 20 mg quercetin per daily dose.

Vitamin C in the form of ascorbic acid may be poorly tolerated by people with sensitive stomachs. Buffered vitamin from calcium L-ascorbate has an almost neutral pH value and is therefore gentler on the stomach.

Vitamin C not only supports the immune system and strengthens the body's defences, it also has many other important functions in the human body: As an antioxidant, it helps to neutralise free radicals. It supports the nervous system and energy metabolism. Vitamin C reduces tiredness and fatigue and supports the psyche. It also protects the blood vessels and supports collagen formation in cartilage and bones.

Quercetin belongs to the group of polyphenols. Polyphenols are secondary plant substances that can have a positive effect on the human body. Quercetin is found in many foods that we eat regularly, e.g. in apples, onions, berries and cabbage, as well as in a variety of plants and nuts.

Flavonoids protect and promote the absorption of vitamin C. For this reason, we have combined vitamin C and quercetin in our product.
