Three amino acids in one product plus vitamin C and zinc - arginine-ornithine-lysine + C + zinc Our amino acid complex combines the three amino acids L-arginine, L-ornithine and L-lysine, which are important for the body.

In sporting circles, the semi-essential, proteinogenic amino acid L-arginine has long been an insider tip. We use 100% natural high-purity base fermented from sugar cane.

In the urea cycle, the non-proteinogenic amino acid ornithine has the task of converting nitrogenous compounds so that they are excreted as urea via the kidneys. In combination with the proteinogenic amino acid arginine, ornithine is also responsible for the breakdown of ammonia, an end product of protein metabolism.

The proteinogenic L-amino acid lysine is an important protein building block. However, lysine is one of the essential amino acids that are not produced by the body but must be taken in with food.

Vitamin C and zinc round off the complex. The essential trace element zinc plays an important role in human carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism.
