• VILAVIT Male is ideal for those who are planning to start a family soon, those who are already actively trying to conceive and those who are already undergoing fertility treatment. We recommend a consultation with your doctor before you start taking supplements.
• In order to best support the sperm maturation process, we recommend taking VILAVIT at least 3-6 months before the planned pregnancy.
• We recommend taking VILAVIT with a meal and water to optimise the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins.
• Advice: Not suitable for children and adolescents.
