Directions for use

• It is recommended to start taking VILAVIT Female three months before planned conception in order to support the egg maturation process as effectively as possible.
• Recommended intake: 1 sachet (containing 5 capsules) daily. Open the sachet and swallow each capsule individually with plenty of water.
• Notes: Not suitable for children and adolescents.
