How to use

• It is recommended to start taking VILAVIT Female three months before planned conception in order to provide the best possible support for the egg maturation process.
• Recommended dosage: 1 sachet (contains 5 capsules) daily. Open the sachet and swallow each capsule individually with plenty of water.
• Advice: Not suitable for children and adolescents.
